Akantus
Akantus is a privately owned company engaged in various activities of which the main are the following:
- Integration efforts such as the Shaqo projects implemented in cooperation with Somali Community and other ethnic organizations
- Health and well-being for children and adults
- Coaching and development aimed at unemployed people
- Project development
The work of Akantus is based on high quality in all areas. Our focus point is the individual person and our approach is that of empowerment. We work in a structured way and all our work is thoroughly documented. Akantus has successfully completed a number of projects for unemployed persons of different ethnicity. The Akantus administration is highly experienced in project management and administration, financial control, accounting and projectevaluation. Project Shaqo Repatriation to Somalia
Akantus has a long tradition for working with the Somali Community in Denmark in various development projects. This project draws on this tradition and the experience gained through our cooperation with the Somali Community in Denmark.
